There is in fact a really rather simple way to bring back the windows 8 start screen in windows 10. Head to your start menu and click on settings, from there you're going to click on personalization then start and then use start full screen.
Sometimes this won't take effect right away(it usually doesn't on my computer) so if you change this and nothing happens, try restarting your computer.
Hopefully that's helpful, while it's not exactly like the old windows 8 UI it certainly makes it a bit more similar. There may be other things you can do that make it a bit more like windows 8 but I don't know about anything else.
There might be a windows 8 theme out there somewhere that you could download.

Yeah I know (I am already doing it) I just mean like how in Windows 8 the title of the program was in the middle. Not on the left. That is pretty much the only feature I want lol
I really liked the Windows 8.1 UI, I can't find a way to transform Windows 10 to Windows 8.1.
Is there a way to do this?
Many thanks in advanced!
