So i am getting slightly more slower internet every week and every speedtest,i get the SAME speed of 3.5 mbps down, and 0.5 up,and the modem is some thomsom gateway crap sent by our IPS,b/g wifi, bad wifi coverage
so i though of getting a new router/modem,100$ budget, and the house is a small apartament with 1-2 foot thick cement :/
Good coverage, Wireless N, Gigabit switch, 3 antennae for multi-device streams to increase overall speed. Good auto QOS management (you don't have to set it up at all)
It's what I use, works brilliantly. Maybe something slightly more expensive models if you want/can.
