I guess, there are many good website builders, some of them are available for free. When I decided to create a forum, I was lucky to find a review of free forum software. I chose vBulletin 5 and haven\t regretted my choice as it was easy to work with it, taking into account that I didn't have any coding knowledge. Hopefully, someone will find this information to be useful!
Try the hPage website builder. Got my site up on there even though I don't really know how to code and any of that technical knowledge usually required for a website. Quite affordable too, I only pay about 5 bucks a month for domain, custom emails, premium designs, and larger storage space.
But I highly recommend buying a paid host or host your own website on your pc with XAMPP or using vps or own your server but start with XAMPP if you're getting into it and learn on youtube or free web program classes like lambda school if you hand on or wschool if you want to learn by yourself then both free
