Hey guys I'm back again. I have now edited the 1.6.4 version of Lucky Block Blue by Paulyaulk. I fixed the drops, so there will be no more empty drop issues.

Instructions:

Install Minecraft Forge

Install Lucky Block Mod 1.6.4

Replace LuckyBlockProperties file in config/lucky

Replace blockLucky texture file in assets/lucky/textures/blocks

After everything is set up, launch Minecraft, load a world, and enjoy the mod.
