GalactiCraft and Advanced Rocketry are two very know mods about this type of thing.
GalactiCraft sadly don't have all planets and you need a addon called ExtraPlanets to have more.
You said that is new in Modded Minecraft so i recommend you to search "how to install Minecraft mods" if you don't know how to install mc mods, have a bunch in the internet.

you can't mod win 10 edition its coded in c++ if you want to mod you'll need the java version of minecraft
