It happens that I have installed mod that I like, Modern Warfare 1.12.2, and it gives me problems when starting minecraft. It takes too long to start due to the many complex models (those of the weapons) and what I want to do is delete some of these models so that my PC does not have much load when starting the minecraft with the mod.
I tried to decompile the class files with JD-GUI java decompiler but all it does is show the code of the files and it does not let me edit it. Any idea how I can do it?
You do realise I wouldn't recommend that as it's against the license terms of the mod creator's content right? Why would I recommend that? Of course I'd recommend mod alternatives and other options. Why would I go against the license agreement of the mod?
Ask the mod creator about it first towards their mod, don't just go about breaching their licensing terms and messing with their creation.

You should be able to just open up the .jar file in WinRAR or something and delete some of the files in the /assets/ folder, especially those in /assets/textures and /assets/sounds. The features that use those assets will probably still be usable in-game, they just won't have a texture/model/sound associated with them.
Hello everyone

Thanks for reading.
If there is a crash report, post it and hopefully something can be sorted out.
If there is conflicts with the mods, work out which is the cause or someone can help with that.
If you can't run it, find alternatives or alternatives for those that are conflicting even.

I thought I had been clear enough, I want to eliminate some modern warfare mod weapons because my pc has a hard time loading them all.

I'll do it on my own, thanks for nothing.
