You can then check to make sure the block being broken is one that you want to add drops to, and then just add your new ItemStacks to the drops list in the event.

You should really have a solid understanding of Java before attempting to create a mod.
Have a look at this tutorial by the BedrockMiner. You don't need to use the priority in the subscription annotation though.

You need to create a new ItemStack for your seed and add it to the event's drops list. The list is a List, so you can use List#add()
so what would the code be?
