I play on both the Windows 10 and Switch versions of Minecraft, and I think it'd be a great feature to be able to sync worlds. Work on a Minecraft world while on my PC, then when I need to go on a trip I can just grab my Switch and continue building on the go or just out in my living room. It's a bit frustrating to have put so much time on my Switch world and not being able to continue on my PC. All versions of Minecraft Bedrock would benefit no doubt.
If cloud saving isn't quite an option, then perhaps having LAN saves that update when both versions are active; your accounts are activated together, so verifying valid candidates shouldn't be an issue. Use last play time on identical worlds to validate which system should be synced, or just have a prompt show up to validate which will update which (also in the event of improper continuity of version plays).
(Sorry for double post: messed up where I posted this last time -- accidentally put it in Switch Edition. Anyone know how to delete posts?)
