I know we literally just got colored beds, (I mean actually it's been a pretty long while since) but I want more of beds
I mean actually useful things.
Beds don't have much of a nice structure, so I would enjoy if they were 3D.
Also speaking of 3D the Pillows are completely flat so I came up with actual pillows.
These Pillows an be added to make your character sleep faster, or go into a dream (I'll speak of that later)
Also, it looks more nice than flat pillows, so I thought that was nice.
Also, Pillows should be able to be dyed, so they're not plain white.
It should be if you Sneak-Right-Click with a pillow in hand, which then adds the pillow to the bed.
Also, you sohuld be able to Sneak-Right-Click the bed with another to create a bunkbed.
I know what you're all thinking,
"You can already do that by placing 2 blocks then placing a bed on top, then breaking the blocks and placing one below"
Yes yes I know that
But whats good of one floating bed on top of another, which you can't even climb up to?
So bunkbeds, you should be able to climb on the side (it adds a ladder, not a literally one, of people would be able to make a ladder generator more of one that disappears if you break the top or bottom bed) and also the bed should actually be connected to the other.
We don't want a floating bed again, don't we?
They should be connected with it looks like small fence blocks.
Just fence blocks but more compact.
Also, it would be nice if you place one bed next to another it combines the beds.
This combines the pillow and blanket textures, and also creates 4 legs to hold it up.
So about this 'dreams' thing,
When you go to sleep (with a 3D pillow) then you have a chance of entering a 'dream'
Dreams should have a cloud-like world which you can ACTUALLY explore.
You have no items, you must gather new items in this new world.
Unless you're in creative, where you have the creative menu full of all the blocks there.
Anyways, you can collect treasure and such there, which can be brought back to the overworld.
The only treasure that can come back to the overworld are the stuff that actually exist there.
So if you were to try and bring some 'Cloud armor' it wouldn't work, but when you find the generic gold in there, it will be in your inventory when you wake up.
You can wake up by either :
Right-clicking the bed you spawn at in the Dream
or after 5 minutes passes.
You can die because Mob B (as it goes by at the moment) will be all over the place.
Well you'll be able to collect 'sky wood' or something then you'll probably run into them
Also, your progress saves the next time you sleep and enter a Dream.
It doesn't save though if you do die, (because you'll lose your stuff, unless you have keepInventory on)
Also, it doesn't save where you are.
So if you find some special base or something, well too bad.
You spawn back at the bed (the one in the dream, which I forgot to say is unbreakable) which can prevent :
Spawning in the void / air over and over if you fall off the clouds
Getting killed over and over by either players or Mob B's
Also, you can reset your dream world (More of set a different spawn point) by changing your pillow to a new one.
This can be if you're getting spawn killed or spawn in a position on a cloud with no resources to make it to another one.
Though, your progress saves in that pillow, so if you want someone else to go to your spawn there, you can give them that pillow.
Also, speaking of other players, if they go in your bed they can go at your spawn, just like them using the pillow.
Also, you can only go in a Dream on Multiplayer only if all of you sleep exactly next to each other, and all have a new pillow.
Then, you can enter the Dream world together (by chance)
But if you don't sleep at the same time,
or if you're not next to each other,
or if you already have a pillow in use that has a spawn already set,
You all can't go together, let alone go to the Dream world in general.
Anyways, that's just my idea-
Wait I forgot to say,
You can also place pillows anywhere an put items on them to rest on it, (By Right-Clicking it, and you can Right-Click to pick it up)
