OK. So, I only recently took my realm into development mode and activated cheats so that my staff and I can work on things in creative mode. A few people are Ops so they are able to change gamemode at will but there are certain players who are trusted builders that I would like to give the ability to switch their gamemode from survival to creative when needed but I don't want to make them all Ops. I thought about setting up command blocks to accomplish this by having them visit a certain area and activate the block to change their gamemode but I only want this ability available to certain players, not all players. Is there a way I can set this up or am I just spinning my wheels? On my java server I am able to set gamemode on my trusted builders to creative and it remains that way in between sessions. But apparently on Bedrock they revert back to the default game mode (Survival) whenever they log off and back on? Or is there a setting I am missing somewhere perhaps?
