My farm is divided into two sections, both have a villager (brown coat) and some crops. Their is a villager in the middle for dropping off crops. I have 16 doors evenly surrounding the farm, and two in the middle. The villagers will pick up items I throw at them and will plant them. My problem is that they don't harvest crops. Anyone know why?

There is no need for the doors unless you are using it as a breeder. Can the crops get to the middle villager? when mine stuffed up that was usually the case you need to block above the hoppers directly facing the villager with a stone fence post or similar wood ones are to small and work but not all the time. hope this helps if not if you can post a picture it would help and can help from there.
The problem for me is sometimes the "Hungry Villager" actually gets fed a potato/carrot. If this happens, I replace him with a new one and the harvesting starts working again.

They planted all the crops I gave them. There's barely ant crops planted.
