so i want to be able to detect if they are in water and the run a command after, but i dont want them to be detected if they are in a boat.
i used to be a wiz at commands but now that 1.13 screwed that all up i cant even do something as simple as this.
I use version 1.11.2, so I probably won't be any help, but if you haven't already, try "/execute @p ~ ~ ~ /testforblock ~ ~ ~ minecraft:water".

/execute as @a at @s if block ~ ~ ~ water run say OMG WATER!
