So recently [1.13.1] I've been working on a few /summon commands to spawn custom mobs, and I've run into an issue with strays.
One of said commands summons a buffed version of a stray, that should shoot custom tipped arrows, but instead it just shoots slowness arrows.
I remember working on something similar in 1.10 - 1.11, and the stray shot the arrows it had in its offhand.
I've tried spawning normal skeletons with the same tags and it works flawlessly, so I assume the problem resides in the stray mob itself.
Wither skeletons just shoot normal arrows.
Also, I don't want to use commands to turn arrows shot by that specific entity into custom tipped arrows, I just want the mob to shoot the arrows in its offhand, as the normal skeleton seems to do.
