Basically, I'm annoyed by bats in my house and torches aren't working. I use the command /kill @e[type=bat] every 3 seconds. So I decided to use a command block.
Every "oscillating clock" I look up shows how to use command blocks for clocks, but I need a clock to activate a single command block periodically.
