Everyone knows the weapon enchantments Sharpness, Smite, and BoA, and that a weapon can't have any more than one of these enchantments. Also, for Armor, there are the enchantments Basic, Fire, Blast, and Projectile Protections and they as well can't be combined on a piece of Armor. And of course, the /enchant command doesn't let you combine either. The only way I was able to combine these conflicting enchantments was with Bukkit/Spigot servers and a plugin, where it WAS possible to add these enchantments to a single weapon. However, I never found a Vanilla way to solve around this intentionally horrible* issue, either in the Java Edition or the New Better Together Edition. Surely, there is a way to get any and all enchantments on a single weapon, most likely with commands. Or maybe not since I haven't seen it been solved before. Can anyone shine some light, or should I have to struggle and decide? Thanks so much for any feedback.
