Fed up of joining Realms, playing for a few weeks and then finding you are the only one online?
Tired of building something cool and having the Realm close?
Just want somewhere to play, have fun, build and socialise without having to jump through hoops or stand on your head to get an invite?
Having answered yes to these questions too many times, I decided to set up my own Realm back in January 2018.
We are on our first reset and have been on the current world around 14 months. We have no plans to reset again unless anything major requires us to do so.
We we have a core group of players and vary from 5-10 active players a day. Players are worldwide, from the U.S., U.K., Japan, South Africa and more.
We are looking for adults that just enjoy playing Minecraft and are happy contributing in some way to a relaxed Realm. Perhaps you like building Castles, Forts, Sky Scrapers or just like mining tunnels.

Realm established September 2018
Survival on Hard, no Coords (Maps are your friend!).
No PvP unless agreed and stated in chat by both parties beforehand.
Established Economy and shopping district.
Helpful and friendly active players

Realm Rules:
1) Build what you like where you like, just don’t interfere with what others have built.
2) No griefing. Period.
3) Microphone is not necessary, but saying hi and using in game chat a little is required.
4) Try and contribute to the start area in some way
5) Explore and have fun
6) Discord a plus but not necessary
7) No cheating. That’s what creative is for!
Cheats are off, achievements are on, coordinates are off, difficulty is set to hard.

I'm better at redstone than building, but I've been trying to get better at them both.

I would LOVE to play with you on this realm, my family and I used to play together all the time and want to start playing again. I am 18 but the ones I play with are a little younger than I am. I’m draftytomcat40 but I usually just go by drafty. I’m 35 and currently reside in the U.S. I am a full time teacher and part time Pilot and rock climber, however, I make time to play daily as my schedule is surprisingly flexible. I actually use Minecraft as a tool for educational opportunities related to creative thinking and problem solving with students. I have been playing for about two and a half years. I only play vanilla survival and everything I achieve, I do sans cheats or creative. I do use you tube as an educational platform to streamline personalized mechanics but want to be as organic of a player as possible. I am great at improvisational creations where problem solving difficult builds are needed. I am spending several hours a week on a redstone experiments realm. I am very used to playing solo and have spent very little time on community realms. As such, I am still learning the ins and outs of using discord and forums but have so far found people to be uninterested in long term survival realms. I have a desire to be a part of a group of dedicated and enthusiastic individuals who want to build something to be proud of after we’ve completed. Looking for a minimum of 18 month commitment. If it’s longer than even better. I am motivated by the idea of individual and group projects, strong (but not to laggy) redstone builds that support the whole community, and occasionally building community consensual mini games.
