If anyone would like here is my seed 128388 I cannot find the stronghold for the life of me. If someone could see where it’s at it would be greatly appreciated. I used eyes and it went to the same spot but no stronghold.

To my knowledge, the eye points toward the corner of the stronghold. Also you are not given any knowledge of the depth. You may have missed it by a few blocks even.
In survival, you may want to dig down a few times around about the place the eye points to.
You might want to make a copy to look at in spectator mode.
