Here is the situation: built a portal in base, go through portal and build base in nether, come back though to get food but portal is somewhere else. I play solo, base are in jungle temple/warped forest, was not eating and back of both portal are covered. Coordinate are: nether -89, 68, 33/ exit -700, 79, 261/ jungle temple -831, 78, 202. Does anyone know how to relink the base portals?
