In TotalCommander navigate to "/Android/data" and tab on "Installed Apps". From there you can navigate forward to "/com.mojang.minecraftpe/files/games/com.mojang/minecraftWorlds/[yourworldfolder]"

To restore this backup you first have to start minecraft and delete the world you'd like to restore.
Then take an app like 7Zip, start it and navigate into your world folder.
Mark all files and folders (level.dat, levelname.txt, world_icon.jpeg, db, ....) and add them to a zip file.
!!! Just take the files and folders inside your world folder and NOT the world folder itself !!!
Name the zip file with the exact name of your world (you can find it in levelname.txt).
After the file "yourworldname.zip" is created rename it to "yourworldname.mcworld".
Tab the ".mcworld" file and open it with minecraft.
Minecraft will import your world and you can play it again.

Tools: File Explorer (Total Commander) and zip Tool (7Zip)
