I converted a Java world with MC Toolchest that was intended for creative mode and testing redstone and other items in the game in a separate world, but for some reason on bedrock edition I've started getting these weird extreme lag issues on parts of the world that have these white outlines.
This literally makes no sense, because this started happening ever since after the Nether update, before this update, it was fine and running very stable.
Worst of all there appears to be no way to fix it, I hope this is incorrect though.
Has anyone else experienced the same problem? and what was a simple fix?
There's a bug report, with numerous duplicates, about lag since the Nether Update; a specific cause is not mentioned but it says that certain structures like woodland mansions are much worse, which may be due to some particular arrangement of blocks and/or entities (one of the related reports mentions redstone, another XP orbs):
Related issues with possible causes (I find it quite alarming how many bug reports have been filed since MCPE-74696; going up to MCPE-109299 is 34603 additional reports, 31.6% of the total):
As far as issues occurring on a world that was converted from Java, I can't think of any reason why it would be different from a natively created world, especially if it previously ran without issues (although I've seen issues with Java worlds not updating properly as the result of being created/edited with a 3rd party tool; for example, but I haven't heard of similar issues with Bedrock).

I don't know what to do to be honest, I've tried everything I could. Loading different versions of the file on the creative realm, nothing has worked and the same issue keeps popping up.
If I had some programming knowledge and skill I could probably mod the the game to fix the problem, but even that's a risk because Microsoft doesn't like people tampering with their software and that could result in an Xbox Live account suspension, it wouldn't be worth the effort even if I could learn.
My only option at this point is to wait until a patch gets released to eliminate the problem.
There does appear to be high CPU usage though, I switched the creative world to peaceful to despawn hostile mobs but that did nothing to help. Is there a command that kills all mobs including passive ones? this is the only thing left I can think of that may be causing the problem on my end, it may be an entity issue, or even less likely, redstone, there isn't a lot of redstone machinery in the local area, only a clock system in the lighthouse but it would be ridiculous if something as simple as a small alternating light system were to cause that, as it never has before the nether update on my PC.

TheMasterCaver's First World - possibly the most caved-out world in Minecraft history - includes world download.
TheMasterCaver's World - my own version of Minecraft largely based on my views of how the game should have evolved since 1.6.4.
Why do I still play in 1.6.4?
