Hello. I have some Farms in my survival world, when I go (for example) to the mine and I move away from the Farms, they stop working and then start working again as soon as I get closer to them. How can I solve this problem? Thanks in advance.
On console you used to be able to add a second player and just park them somewhere safe by your farms so they would keep running while you were off doing whatever. I'm not certain if this new bedrock version still has local multiplayer on console. If you're on pc or mobile then you're out of luck.
As tails said, what you're observing is how the game is designed to work. Once you move a certain distance away those areas stop working.

You can't. Basic minecraft mechanics.

You can create up to 10 ticking areas in bedrock: https://minecraft.gamepedia.com/Ticking_area
Easy answer:
If you mine a bit closer to your farm it will grow.
