Who do I contact to request an extension of Realm days (in my subscription), per day, that my Realm was inaccessible and/or not working properly? In order to avoid duplicate postings, I am posting this in Discussion. The Ream posting area looks like it is for recruiting, not for issues.
Not Mojang. They deny responsibility. Microsoft/Xbox said to call Mojang. The stonewalling continues, to the profit and advantage of Microsoft/Xbox and Mojang. They certainly must know that most customers will not persist across hours per day, day after day! And/or, their systems are not competent to handle cross platform issues and financial issues. Possible strategies are to report Microsoft/Xbox to Better Business Bureaus, Consumer Reports, the Federal Trade Commission, and one's State Attorney General's Office.
