After the new Minecraft launcher was released, installing other versions of the game (Or just copies of existing versions) has become a little more complicated. Because of that, I figured I'd see if I could program a little something to make the start process automatic.
In the end, I managed to create a little tool that allows you to prepare any version between 1.2 and 1.6.2 by specifying what you want to call the "modpack" and the version you want.
Here's a little demonstration of exactly how this thing works:
Note:
Remember that in order to use the tool to its full extent, you have to be connected to the internet,(to download version 1.2 - 1.5.2) and you have to have version 1.6.1 and 1.6.2 installed, as I couldn't find any legal download links for those versions (The .jar files will be copied from the ones that already exists in your Minecraft directory).

I'll update these links as soon as I'm done with a new version, which will likely be shortly after I've found out about new Minecraft updates.
