What's before a newbie? I've never used Minecraft, but my daughter does. She's using the Pocket Edition on my old iPhone and iPad Mini. Purchased once in my Apple account. On one device, we paid the $2.99 in-app purchase to get the City Textures pack, which loaded fine. How do I load it on the second device? Seems to want me to pay again.
Log in on the same account you bought the texture then try to buy city texture pack. Enter your password and it's going to say you don't need to pay because you already payed it. There you have it! Hope it helped:)
