That's mean. And not true. If you jailbreak it's very easy. However I think there is a way to load shaders as a texturepack without jailbreaking. In the main directory of a texturepack, beside "images", make a folder called "shaders". In that folder put all your .vertex and .fragment files. Then plug in device, open itunes, drag and drop, voilĂ ! I'm not so sure this method will work. I'll attempt to test it on my iPad now.

Ok. To load the shaders in a pack I think you need to add shaders to the list of resources to load in resources.json... That's just an idea, maybe it's not possible that way. But I know, for sure, you CAN load shaders on iOS if you jailbreak. I've done it a few times before.
