How can I make my own custom textures for items? What application do I need to do this?
The heck is this for
All items are in the file items-opaque.png, you can edit it with a picture editor (paint, paint.NET, IsoPix, ...).
If you search for an App you can use UTK Textures Creator (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=io.utk.creator.texturepack&hl=de).
Yea the thing was that I didn't want to change the items-opaque file but I tried UTK and I had to change the opaque file. But I did find a new app, its called pixels touch and because of it I am done with the texture phase of my new mod

But your textures will only work on Android...
Yea i know about the new feature where you don't need to change it and yes i know it would only work which android
