I've encountered a bug while updating the candy craft texture to pe... After I changed the foliage to pink, the grass looked great and it was all sweet and cake looking but when I made a new world some of the grass tops were completely black and if I put any sort of vegetation (grass,flowers, etc) they'll turn dark also and I really want this pack to be great...
I think this is not a mistake of your texture pack.
Minecraft can have other grass-colors, so grass can be blue, orange, pink... And it is a bug if this happens. I think this bug changed your glass-color, too.
