Minecraft PE is a whole different platform and this type of intensity on mobile devices may decrease FPS but it all depends on the development the shaders and also the tools available for modding.
Ok i get it now,what I mean is i want the blocks to have like really dark black sidelines to it i dont care about the shaders,i want it to have a comical style look to it,i really hope someone can do it...
