That means your device does not support the shader pack, or that there is an error in the shader itself (in a few cases, the shader may have been made before 0.10.0 beta build 5, and is now broken).
If the author says the shader works, and it was made after 0.10.0 beta 5, then it must be an issue with your device.

After researching your device, I actually don't think it is an issue with it. The shader is probably made during the beta builds and hasn't been updated.
