Hello of its not a problem for anyone . Would anyone be caring enough to help me install mods or mostly texture packs. What programs I need (free) to do so.

For mods what tools shall I get? Please I need help I really want mods and texture packs .

Ive rooted my phone and even rooted it on Pocket Tool and still crashes on me..
