so first step is to go to appstore then put in block launcher then get it or block launcher pro block launcher pro is 1.75 dollar. step 2 go to http://www.minecraftskins.net/ then pick the skin you want or get on the appstore skin creator and make your own skin but to get your skin working you upload it then go to skins in block launcher and then go to the bottom of it it will be a green file instead of blue the you have your own minecraft skin for pocket editon its quick and easy dont waste your time on a computer !yay! quick and easy
