Here is a link on how to Port+Edit+Install texture packs.

Note:The mercator folder will only appear after you open mercator and press some things for a few time.The input folder must be made by you.

CHANGING SKINS(including yours and of mobs)
1.First of all install RAR for android and Zipsigner.
2.Backup MCPE into apk.
3.Download a skin.(I downloaded SkyDoesMinecraft skin).
4.Rename the skin to char.png.
5.Cut the skin.
6.Open MCPE backup folder and long press the apk.There should be an option for OPEN AS ARCHIVE.
7.Go to assets/images/mob.
8.Paste your skin.

Now open Zipsigner.Click on Input.Open your MCPE backup folder and select the apk.Then click on output where the signed apk would come out.Then after signing is complete,delete MCPE,Install MCPE apk which is signed.Open MCPE and check it out.
Note.These steps are a bit long so you need to do them very carefully.And in both cases,Zipsigner,MCPE backup apk and RAR for android is required. ENJOY YOUR NEW SKIN AND TEXTURE PACK!!

i've seen a few methods similar to this but i hope this works xD

Mcpe can backup by clean master application.And also,i hate vids that have cameras,vids with screen recorder is nice.

THIS CANNOT WORK FOR MULTIPLAYER.it is Ultimately Impossible
