Yes, I am very sure! I am still in the process of extending the Residential Area, and waiting for the 0.12.1 Update so that I can add flower pots and brewing stands to various parts of the city. Most of the items that are planned in the update are completed already, so a beta may be released a few weeks before the official release in November. Do keep an eye out for it!
