I don't have access to pocket inventory editor. Is there any other way to obtain eggs and spawners?
Well you can do it from creative mode, the pocketinveditor is an app that can change your gamemode and many more. Also, if you want to download pocketinveditor, you can download it on google play or app store. Hope this help.

It is free, but you don't have to use it every time and for this mob grinder, you are going to need spawner egg and spawner. Both of these items cannot be obtain in survival mode, so that's why you need pocketinveditor.

Here are the material that you need: any block, torch, ladder, fence gate, spawner, and spawner egg.
You can use PocketInvEditor to help you getting the spawner and spawner egg (you only need two spawner and two spawner egg)
