My friend and I are trying to make a minecraft PE (pocket edition) sever but we have some questions.
#1 Has minecraft PE released command blocks? And if so what is the command to get them?
#2 My friend and I want our sever to have TNT Wars (A mini game that has you build TNT cannons and destroy your opponents) Is there a way to have a map reach its max and when it does reach match it will prevent anyone from joining? (Sorry i had a hard time wording this question.)
#3 My friend and I also want to have sky wars (A mini game where you spawn on a island and destroy you opponents) on our severs
So A: is there a way to have the chests have random stuff in them? B: How do i get each player in a separate island without having another player spawn on the same island.
#4 warping how do i get people to click on signs and then warp to the place i set the warp?

First of all, you need to know which Minecraft PE hosting service you are using. Figure it out first so you can make a server.
1 - Nope, command blocks are not added yet.
2 - First of all, TNT in Minecraft PE servers don't go together well. Only if you are using a powerful hosting service with a server with good amount of GB or high-processing RAM. So don't ever think about TNT in your Minecraft PE server. You have to "pay" to use TNT in servers (somewhat). TNT will work in your server if you are willing to put a good amount of about $10 in your server. You also can't build TNT cannons without a powerful server.
3 - I am not 100% sure about this but you need few plugins in order to have a Skywar match. If you don't know what plugins are, trying researching them on your own. And you also need a good and strong server to play Skywar.
4 - Again, its a plugin. The warp plugin allows you to warp to places where OPs set them.
Make sure your friend and you know more about Minecraft PE and servers before making a server. (Like learning more about plugins)

neither are good options for this type of server
leet is cheap but can get very expensive with adding all the plugins idk about pocket mine... can you add your own plugins?
Okay so do you have a sever host that you would prefer.
And yeah pocket mine plugins cost 2:99 for all of them.
