Since I haven't figured out how to play on my girlfriends' game while I'm away, I downloaded PM to an older computer that can be left on for server use, got the install going, completed setup, and all good.... except some answers I can't find through browsing.
OK, WIn Vista 32b connected Via arris wireless router from twc,
so my questions are....
Do I need to download a map for PM, if so could I just use a saved map from a mobile device and relocate it to the maps folder on the computer?
How can I get arris to use port forward to the PM server? (I've read several things online and they really didn't help a lot)
Can a firewall blocker like ZoneAlarm/Avast/AVG stop the connection to the server?
If there is anything I'm missing here please help me out with it, I'd really like to play a map with her while I'm not there.
