Hello my name is Allyson and I would like to apply for the job of co-owner. I've been staff on two servers previously, each having fallen apart without my guidance and leadership. Though I was not a formal owner, I was a voice of gentle authority in which everyone listened to. When I tell people I'm leaving a server, I'm begged to stay, with people telling me the server can't manage without me. Both the servers I've lead strived during my time in command, but fell hard and fast in my absence. I would like to be a co-owner on a server in which I am not a singular pillar holding everything together, but one of many. That way, I can play more actively with players and do a better job of keeping a fun, safe, and hospitable environment for players and staff alike. I have exemplary leadership skills, and regardless of the formal vibe this reply gives out, I am quite hilarious and a huge jokester. If the server takes off like I hope it does, I will do everything in my power to help create a beautiful and impeccable server with fantastic builds, mini games, and weekend events to attract players and help the server grow. Not to sound narcissistic, but I want the server to have an excellent reputation among MCPE players as well. And with me on staff, your server will strive greater than any server you've seen before. Though I am only 16, I make an obvious choice to be placed in a leadership role. Thanks!
