Welcome to Factions Pe if you couldnt tell by the name and the post is in mcpe server section this is a Factions Server for mcpe ip and other info below

Port:19132 (default)
Server staff: The_Legend(Owner) The_PvP_Legend(op)
Servers plugins: SimpleAuth, CombatLogger, NetherChests (it doesnt work with non ops yet but we are working on fixing that), Economy, FactionsPro (different Factions plugin being worked on), Purge (Every 30th minute of every hour spawn protection goes away and you can pvp at spawn) and many more.

It says outdated client
Try updating minecraft Pe and if that doesn't work try deleting it a downloading it again
