Experience such as past jobs: I have been a Co-Owner, Head-Admin, Admin, Mod, and a Builder. I am aware of the responsibilities of this position and I can obviously tell right from wrong. I know when to handle cheaters/hackers effectively, I find evidence first of them using cheats then I ban them. I don't give out items, I only use my powers for the betterment of the server.
