Positi I would appreciate administrator/moderator, but as the thread title says, I am a Builder if I get accepted.
Experience: I've got great grammar, and I've been working at many servers, and still do. Some examples are; NetherCraft, JakeCraft, TorchPvP and FunWorld2. At the most servers I've been a moderator, because of the fact that I like to help out people with their needs and making the server fun, I'll never abuse the operator rank at any way, neither using inapporative language in-chat. I'll be online pretty often too.

Why do I apply?: I want all new servers with a fresh start, get a great start, in that way with good staff keeping the server full of players all the day, at the most servers I've been working on before it was pretty terrible, lots of griefers, spammers, hackers, modders and rulebreakers in general. So I decided to look for a new fresh server to help out with.
