The new update, 0.10, for Minecraft PE was just released and the beta build for Pocketmine was also released as, Version Alpha_1.4dev (build #834) on Tue Nov 18 06:54:14 2014 for all server owners.
As of now, the app does not even open. So, DO NOT UPDATE!
The developers have also patched up some mods and hacks, so I thought that could of been the reason to my crash. So I did a complete restore of my iPhone and a clean install of the app. Resulting in a constant crash upon reopening the app. Hopefully a new update will fix it but it was surprising to see that the update was delayed and now after its release, we would have to be disappointed by this.
The weird part about it is that the App Store doesn't recognize it as a fresh install but an update. Yet it is verifies on the App Store that it had been downloaded like first time.
For those who have updated there is a way to get 0.9.5 back. It seems like 0.10 might have been temporarily removed from the App Store! After updating to 0.10, delete the app. Go back to the app store and redownload. Do not update it. You will have 0.9.5 back and you will be given an option to update in the app store.
