That is not your public IP address. It is your private internal ip address.

Have you portforwarded?

192.168 Is an internal IP address. Only players on the same IP can join.

Im actually tired of members posting internal IP addresses. The moderators should moderate these forums and delete the internal IP threads

Now i think i portforwarded correctlyand changed to my static ip. You can go onnow i think.
