II have started a server and im looking to make it for about 1-400 people and im looking to make it different form all other servers for this I need 2-3 staff rilly good with programming and that wold be able to set it up currently it is a hamatchie server because of pay. I will be paing for the server by my self but by nov 20 it will be a fullonline server for around 400 people
in my server I am looking to get a different
money system
in the server for plugins there will be
skills, marriage, gender, pve, pvp, towns, spells, blood, moon, and more
the aviable ranks for staff are
2:mods gm no op
2:admins op gm no World edit
2:programmers must be extremely good at programming gm world edit op
and 2:builders gm we no op
to applied and receive any rank you MUST be 13 or older I don't want to her this "im 9 but im as mature as a 15 year old" stuff im sorry but if your under 13 you wont be accepted
there is also gonna be a youtube rank this rank will give the player all donater ranks and the youtube name plate it is required for this player to do vidos to bring in more players.

Time playing mc =A LOT what's a lot 1 year 10 years and how often r u on a day plus u need to be ok with using hamatchie for a wile but if everything works out u can be a builder and the server should be fully working by nov 20 2014
it takes a wile to configure a lot of the plugins to be costome

this wil be more of a pvp and pve set up with only econmy but if u think you could set up Mob areans and Epic boss areas that would be help full
if u don't know what hamatchie is and wont use it then you will have to wait till nov but u wont lose your posotions as staff
