Hi, Panda here asking for help on my server, every time I launch my server it says [23:11:40] [Server thread/INFO]: Loading properties
[23:11:40] [Server thread/INFO]: Default game type: SURVIVAL
[23:11:40] [Server thread/INFO]: Generating keypair
[23:11:41] [Server thread/INFO]: Starting Minecraft server on 68.83.75.178:25565
[23:11:42] [Server thread/WARN]: **** FAILED TO BIND TO PORT!
[23:11:42] [Server thread/WARN]: The exception was: java.net.BindException: Cannot assign requested address: bind
[23:11:42] [Server thread/WARN]: Perhaps a server is already running on that port?
[23:11:58] [Server thread/INFO]: Stopping server
[23:11:58] [Server Shutdown Thread/INFO]: Stopping server

I do not understand why it says this because I have no other servers, please help.

Issue:

1. Is it a your server? or other's server?
2. Failed to portforward. (maybe)

Wait in server.properties

Did u put ur wifis external port in server-ip=?

Wait i think ur trying to run a mcpc server... Cause the port of mcpc server is 25565

It is possible tho.

Maybe the IP is the same as another server.
