I'd like to make a server but I don't know how to get an IP address or a title but I know my port; 19132. Also I don't want the app Pocket Mine. Does it matter if I have MCPE? I want a server like Lifeboat except has different walls and has secret passage's everywhere including redstone circuits. Please respond as quick as possible. Thanks!

You need a portfolio of your builds. I'm sorry but you don't have much skill yet on massive buildings. If you can provide a portfolio, I would reconsider.

PS: the "decent" spawn you have shown isn't really that decent but you have a potential.
