I am recently Z Rank on DragoPrison, 2nd owner on Mega Power Craft, and I am making a server called

1.) What position are you applying for? Admin or Head Admin
2.) Any past experience in the field or something similar? I have been staff on hundreds of servers and played hundereds without being staff. Ive been Head Admin 10 times Admin 25+ times.
3.) Age? 14
4.) Skype and IGN? Both Skype and my Ign are GoldenApplesMcpe
5.) What is your typical way of resolving a conflict? Be specific! If im staff if its cussing i kick them and go on with life. If im normal or if im staff and theres no cussing i hold my anger in and dont talk for a while before its better.
6.) How can I trust that you are going to be a dedicated employee? Ive been trusted by lots of owners and never gave up unless the server went off forever.
7.) Are you familiar with plugins? If so name some: yes Permision+, economys, areaset, pocketguard, trollplus, simpleauth i know more but i dont know there names.
8.) Anything else that I should know that may earn this application some consideration points? Im also really good at building stuff.
9.) Are you able to donate? Maybe

5.) What is your typical way of resolving a conflict? Be specific! Try to make peace by suggesting a compromise such as if two people want to trade pork for beef, and one of the people wants 3 porkchops but the other person thinks its too much, suggest making it even at 2 porkchops.
6.) How can I trust that you are going to be a dedicated employee? If I like something, I stick with it, and I stick with anything related to something I like. You can decide if I'm being honest.
