2)humm...well i have actually gone to a server than a player that i met at mcpeprison.com(the server ip)op me and the others that joinedafter that,something happened...we get deop and the players and me from the prison server got banned for unknown reasons

Really looking forward to this server

Position: I'm really ok with any position, I will fill the area where you need me most.
Past experience: I am an admin in 2 other professional servers.
Age: 13
Skype and IGN: I'm really sorry but I dont have a skype, my parents won't let me get one. My kik is NoahK620 and my IGN is also NoahK620 (I try to keep it simple ;)).
Conflict resolution: If a player breaks the rules, I will give out a generic warning through the chat *example: **warning [player] for [reason]**. If they continue, I will give them another warning, this time being: **final warning [player] for [reason]**. If they continue after that, then I kick them. If they continue after that, I kick them one last time. If they still contunue, I place an ip timerban on them for 8-48 hours depending on the rulebreak (ipban so that they can't just change their names and come back; the amount of hours banned depends in the severity of the rule break. If the person stops breaking the rules, I get over it quickly and put it into the past.
How you can know that I will be a dedicated employee: I have been working in servers since November of 2013 and have developed a "knack" for staying dedicated and focused on making improvements when needed. I am very consistant when it comes to managing and moderating servers and I NEVER go over the top with punishments, I am very laid back.
Am I familiar with plugins? I am familiar with many plugins alltogether. Some major plugins I am familiar with are: xti-Rank Manager, permission plus, teleport (request), warp, and several spam protection plugins. I am also very familiar with the alias command, as it is REALLY useful to see if someone has been impersonating staff or changing their name after being banned.
Anything else? I feel like I work really well with the players on the server, as I can strike up a chat conversation with just about anyone. I am online a lot, about 5-6 hours per day. As I said before, I am really laid back when it comes to punishments, but I still know when to be serious and enforce the rules.
Can you donate? Sadly, I cannot. If I had the choice, I would definitely donate, but my parents do not want me donating money to MineCraft servers.

First, I would ask them to stop, then, if they continued I would then kick them, if they both came back and continued I would kick them once again. Now, if they were to come back and continue to fight AGAIN, I would ban them.
