Thats where it turns to person opinion I prefer android more than ios, because android is a lot more customizable (in my opinion). I still have no problem with chunks.

The easiest way to fix your problem is (get an android) . We all know the max apple is currently working wirh is 512mb ram.

188 servers, 4240 slots, loadbalanced among 30 nodes @ 8 cores, 2.6 ghz, 1 GB ram, 250Mbps upload and download.
So, with the possible exception of Lifeboat Island, and that I can't do much about, it's not the servers' problem.
The weight of the OS affects free ram, dedicated processor power, things like that. Ultimately, it boils down to system specs.
Feel free to counter, I wont be offended. Consider this a "friendly debate".

Well, I can't change devices. Pro tip: Pick a random number from 1 - 20, then connect to that server. It will put you in the next open tournament. (e.g. sg17.lbsg.net, port 19132).

Ugh... MCPE probably runs beautifully on the new Nexus 7... I believe I heard it has 2GB of RAM... The most I've ever seen is 1GB of RAM...
My HTC DNA has 2gb RAM and a snapdragon Processor ([email protected]) It runs marvelously.
Android is the heavier OS when it comes to resource usage, which is to be expected since android is programmed to use as much ram as possible, to save battery and keep performance snappy.
From what I hear, this is a bit of a pain for game developers, as android keeps interfering with their resources causing lag spikes This is fine for a dual core device with a nice amount of ram.
However the low end products suffer, especially if the manufacturer tampers with the way android handles resources.
