A survival server is impossible to run these days.

I quite agree that if you have the technology everyone wants to run, instead of a normal server, something different, at least exclusive.
And that's why I said pocketserver.net servers are all the same boring because of the poor plugin development support. They ARE just ALL SAME BORING unless they do /defaultgamemode 1 lol

By default pocketmine disabled the damahe caused by arrows, so we might need a little src code changing if we want bows. but me too love arrows pvp

well in fact to be fair we cant pocketserver.net cuz there is hacker potential danger.

Definition for spleef plugin?
These are some functions rhat I think of and sure that i can do:
1. Due to MCPE actual circumstances, tapping a block to destroy it after (?) ticks is more favourable.
2. Use setBlock() function to refill the arena.
3. Disable PvP? It can be managed at server.properties
I thougt I would jave more ideas, but, well... You see.Abd also something like sign portal?

The definition of a spleef plugin (a mini-game) would be allowing players to join 1 arena (4 players max), and the plugin would give those players a shovel, and with that shovel they can break snow blocks (the arena floor) so those players can fall into the lava (under the floor), and the last player standing will win the mini-game.
And I already have some progress on the plugin (making the floor automatically), so could you help me with the plugin?
