Hey man i was reading this and I thought that you really didn't make it clear why you would be good as admin. If you really want to admin just tell Juke all the reasons why u should be and prove that u can be trusted by helping out the server and telling ppl about it.

Reason: My reason behind why is because I truly love test my creativity and what I am capable of doing. Evenn outside of the virtual world
I just really want to make sure that what I do is my best I'll put many, many hours into completing and finalizing what I work on. I am also new to the online minecraft multiplayer I have started playing online about 2 to 3 weeks now and I do NOT like how many players enjoy ruining others experiences such as destroying a build you took forever to make and it makes the players nit want to play anymore and just give up and not play online servers anymore I myself wanted to just give up do to grefing it's happens to me way to many times and I would like to make the other players experience more enjoyable. This way they would want to tell their friends about the server for example "Oh yah have you herd of the server xenon? Yah it's griefers free you should really check it out. that's what would really make this server hit the top.
And thanks for considering me as a candidate for a builder on your server soon to be grief free.
Juke I have been trying to control the ppl along with test but they r getting out of control and now everbody is killing each other! Please do something about this and disable the daytime pvp. Things r getting out of hand. I managed to get them to try to work together but then one person went crazy!

Reason:I've been wanting to help out many servers because a lot of people grief and kill continuously. I've always wanted to stop the griefing and spawn killing. I also have many experiences with servers when it comes up to helping people specially when it comes to helping people with trouble with commands and such. I've also been trying to invite everyone i know to XenonCraft. I've also been trying to build community things for all people to use like houses and chests. I'm also good with controlling plugins. I made this account just to apply for Admin for your server. It's ok if I don't become admin but at least thanks for reading this.

Usually, people wouldn't trust me based off of my age, or they may think I am annoying, but I am actually a reasonable person, and after realizing how stupid people sound when they get into fights, I am pretty calm while gaming. Now, having SOME type of responsibility on a server, I will be an active member, as an admin, and a player. My achievements in Minecraft have amazed even me. Usually I will do a huge project, and some of them I will make a community build, where people have the option to build something huge, together, as a community.
Reason: I want to prove to myself, and others, I can be an admin. I can bring joy to people's server, by doing drop parties, having events, and respecting ALL players, because I am usually a player people hardly recognize on a server, so I don't want to be a hypocrite to myself and others. Being there to help others, I know this will sound selfish, but helping others makes me feel good. Helping others as well as helping the server, I personally think that if there were more respectful players, the server could make a GREAT amount of progress.
